IASI-METOP Download files stopped after first download #1

https://iasi.aeris-data.fr/co_iasi_c_arch/ (from IASI Atmospheric composition data products - part of NASA Atmospheric data) stopped allowing downloads after 1st succesfull. Both from site and with curl command (curl --insecure https://cds-espri.ipsl.fr/iasicl2/iasi_co/v20191122/2020/01/iasi_CO_LATMOS_ULB_metopc_20200101_v20191122.txt -O)

we are using another data source for atmospheric data
