Not working under macOS 13.1 (Ventura) #23

I'm consistently getting the below problem when running on Ventura after using brew to download it (per instructions).

When I did a search on this issue, this came up showing that it needs to be recompiled under a newer version of go so that it works around newer security restrictions.
