Feature Request - Add Select All/Select None Buttons in Export Users Dialog #26

We're big fans of Rockstar, but when trying to export users, it is tedious to check/uncheck each field in the list. Hoping a set of Select All/Select None buttons can be added to the Export Users dialog to aid in selecting the necessary fields for the export.
