What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open PTD_Save_Editor-v2.1-EN
2.double click on PTD Save Editor EN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should open the editor, but what comes up is an error message saying: The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate
the program
I am not a programmer so i have no clue what this error thingy means... except
that it wont let me open the save editor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PTD_Save_Editor-v2.1-EN
Operating system: Windows XP 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I am not a programmer so i have no clue what this error thingy means... except
that it wont let me open the save editor
I do hear of this program i am suppossed to have for this to work, but i am not
sure what it is or even how to get it. Is this the source of my problem?

Hi, I'm pretty sure this is because you don't have .NET Framework 3.5 installed
on your computer.
If you look at the main project page, you see ".NET Framework 3.5 is required
for this program to work."

So just download and install it and everything should work. :)

Please tell me if it worked.

Cool, so I'm closing the issue now.

Oh, and it does not harm your computer in any way, don't worry. :)

Yeah, about the 'harmless' part?
i just ran a scan and it said that it had 7 FREAKIN TROJANS (so far) on my
computer... anyone who reads this might want to run a scan now bcause it has
this on my computer...

Well it's .NET Framework, made by Microsoft, used by a lot of developers.
Most of people running Windows have it installed by default.

It is absolutely harmless ; if you have trojans it is not because of that.
