歌曲标签的问题 #11

1.请问下该插件是否是将标签中的  ISO 8859-1  字符修改为 
GBK（或GB2312） 字符。
2.该插件是否会直接修改歌曲标签

因为我在用过这个插件后（不十分确定，因为用的播放器多��
�，我绝大多数的歌曲标
签在Windows下都变成了乱码（千千静听正确率高一些，foobar2000
 中绝大多数都是
乱码）

如果如1所诉，能否将GBK改为UTF-8编码，这样的话才会被绝大��
�数播放器正确识别。

这个插件是在播放器读取mp3数据时把数据进行转码，不会直��
�对MP3文件进行修改
