Added Try with Nix section
Improved installation example with NixOS
Refactored some general things

default.nix

Updated args to appear similar to ones from nixpkgs repo
src points to current folder instead of github repository

I changed my mind, there's no longer need for a CI to automatically update the default.nix.

Soon I'll open a PR in nixpkgs because I think that this project has enough relevance to be uploaded there.

My bad for not updating this project for the past 3 or so months. My University is taking a lot of time of mine... But you'll comeback to Tomato.C in a few weeks.
