[Bug]: Mobile Navigation Issue - Navbar Stays Fixed on Scroll #244

What happened?

Issue Overview:

On the website, when accessing it on mobile devices and clicking on the hamburger menu to expand the navigation menu, we observed an unexpected behavior. As we scroll down the page, the navigation bar remains fixed at the top of the screen, while only the hamburger popup scrolls with the screen. This behavior is not consistent with standard mobile navigation patterns and may lead to user confusion and a suboptimal user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Access the website on a mobile device (e.g., smartphone or tablet).
  2. Click on the hamburger menu to expand the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll down the page to observe the navigation behavior.

Expected Behavior:

When the hamburger menu is open, the navigation bar should remain fixed at the top of the screen, providing easy access to the menu items as the user scrolls through the content.

Actual Behavior:

As the user scrolls down the page, the navigation bar stays fixed at the top of the screen, while the hamburger popup scrolls with the screen, causing a disconnect between the navigation and the content.
