Inability to edit comment's title and date (Thread 1/3)

There are 3 parts to this issue.

Noticed in the user guide, it says that "Only description of comments can be edited. Title and Date cannot be edited." It would be ideal to allow such edition instead, because a user might accidentally key in wrong titles/dates, or if these comments need updating (like the title, to reflect any changes). The current implementation implies that users have to restart over again to change their comment.

Reduced from medium to low.

Low because if title and date is keyed in wrong, you can simply delete the comment and add in a new comment. It is a valid issue, but is not at the medium severity level.
