Inability to delete comments, or difficulty in adding new ones (Thread 3/3)

There are 3 parts to this issue.

The user guide only shows users how to add and edit comments. Two other important functionalities are missing:

• Deleting a comment: This functionality is not addressed (well)
• Adding more comments: based on current implementation, does it mean that any new comments will overwrite the previous? Is there a better way to add more comments without having to use the edit command?

Reduced to low and rejected.

Deleting of comments is described in the UG in section 3.5.2.

Tester does not describe how delete functionality is not addressed well.

Under notes right below 'adds' and 'adda' commands, it is mentioned that staff and applicant can have any number of comments.

And there is section 3.5.1 which describes how to add a comment to staff or applicants without using edit.
