What is openproject : web-based project management tools Based on Redmine Come with a lot of already installed plugins. You dont have to install by hand Totally free

Go to https://www.openproject.org/open-source/download/packaged-installation-guide/ download and install -> very easy -> this require nearly 2GB in disk -> when use openproject on cloud, should remember

THEN configure sudo openproject configure

Start configuration change cost from EUR to JPY System settings -> plugin -> openproject_cost -> configure http://192.168.150.75/openproject/settings/plugin/openproject_costs

Go to : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/admin/roles add desired roles

Change workflow : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/workflows This is actually very complex ->comeback when you have more experience

Change display : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/settings/ Select display -> change avatar In the project -> select which features you want to use Select Repositories ->

Add Project type : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/project_types

Export type : A4 pdf : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/export_card_configurations https://github.com/finnlabs/openproject-pdf_export

Add user : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/users Add name, email, cost , ....

Add project : http://192.168.150.75/openproject/admin/projects

Wow, just WOw -> project management is difficult
