IE SCRIPT445: Object doesn't support this action #110

MarkerLabel_.prototype = new google.maps.OverlayView(); in markerwithlabel.js 
is giving the error "SCRIPT445: Object doesn't support this action" when I try 
to run it in Internet Explorer, any ideas how to fix this?

Nevermind it seems to be a mistake of placement of the Google Maps JS script 
reference.
