Hi,

Do you know if its possible to convert DV to HDR+ and could be implemented ?

theretically it could be possible but only for Dolby Vision profile8 but i am not aware of tool that can convert dolbyvision metadata to hdr10+. most of the content in dolby vision is profile 5 which is not possible to convert aside of professional paid dolby tooling
