Add Material theme #64

These Material themes were submitted by @lusignan. I've been working on finalizing them for rsthemes. This PR splits out the Material themes from Ayu and Dracula, which will be handled in separate PRs.

There are also a couple general improvements in this PR, which is why I want to make sure this lands first.
