Feature request: carousel typewriter effect #107

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to incorporate this awesome effect https://www.npmjs.com/package/typewriter-effect to xaringanExtra. It is basically a carousel typewriter effect!

I am a bit unsure if it would work simply by using it on xaringan::moonreader: nature:beforeInit . I reckon it could be used as a lib but I am unsure how to do it.

Any pointers are appreciated.
