Feature Request: magnifier to zoom in some region of the slide

During the presentation, sometimes we want to show some details of the figures, but the problem is they are usually too small and hard to see (esp from distance). The Xaringan by default cannot be zoomed in, which is a problem.

I'm wondering if it is possible to have a tool to zoom in the selected region or have a magnifier follow the mouse, that can be toggled during a presentation?

@gadenbuie Once upon a time I hacked together a working image magnifier for Xaringan via magnifier.js. Just leaving the link here in case it is helpful. Also: https://github.com/mark-rolich/Magnifier.js/
