left-align code by default in template.css #61

I occasionally like to use center-aligned slides, but the problem is that any code chunks (not output) on the slide will also be centered, which doesn't look very code-like (for lack of a better description). This sets the default alignment to left, which is the only alignment that makes sense (right?).

Thanks for the suggestion and the PR. I've also often been frustrated with the way that code blocks behave in centered slides. I added a new set of styles in #68 to better align the code blocks when the horizontal alignment classes are used. If you'd like to give it a spin that'd be great and please let me know if you have any feedback.
