Merge the long-running vignette branch, which creates several example models, along with some helpers to make the making of these models easier:
g3_areas()
g3_distribution_preview()
period
g3l_random_walk()
g3l_random_dnorm()
The random effects vignette still isn't working properly, give up for now. Include it, but with a warning at the top that it's not ready yet.
