Stops reporting any variable. This isn't that useful in reality, since you don't see history, just the end state.
Disables any reporting aggregation outside obj.fn$report(), so reporting can be permanently enabled as part of a model, saving recompilation at the start of g3_fit
We also:
Add support for dynamic dims to TMB, so g3_fit/gadgetplots can interpret the report output
Add g3_param_lower(), so we can feed lower/upper bounds into a model, not hardcode values. This is unrelated, but if we include g3a_report_detail() in model scripts, adding bounds checking looks like even more of a bodge.
Vignettes are updated to match the new ways of doing things.
