Blubber thickness -> fertility link #176

GoB may have data linking blubber thickness and fertility rate.

Use blubber thickness calculated in likelihood to update fertility rate

Likely to be a provided relationship of blubber thickness -> fecundity, which we assume is sensible and build into g3a_spawn(), rather than a likelihood function in itself.

I don't think this will mean substantial changes to gadget3, just a custom fertility function. Closing this until I'm proven wrong.
