My Spa and Pool are separate bodies with their own pumps, but they share the use of the UltraTemp Heater (also functions as a cooler). Two valves with actuators control the flow of water to the UltraTemp, which means I can only heat/cool one body at a time.
When I imported all the circuits into my Home (HomeKit), it read the UltraTemp as two separate heaters (one for the pool and one for the spa). No biggy I thought, BUT for some reason, the heater will not turn on. It's powered on, but the heat/cool functions don't engage.
Either something is wrong with talking to the UltraTemp or the plugin is confused by the Shared Body aspect of the configuration that Nixie PoolController provides.
@spifftek70 I think #15 should fix your issue. Had the same problem where I could turn off the heater if turned on via Nodejs Pool Controller, but could never turn it on from Homekit.
I have an UltraTemp heater from Pentair. I'm using the Nixie PoolController configured for
