exclude_states - ranges #24

I am on version: 0.3.4.

Please consider implementing ranges for the exclude state. I have several fire alarms with temperature sensor. Being able to set ranges would give me a heads-up if the temperature gets over let’s say 80 C.

exclude_states: - '< 80'
