bad links in README #269

these links don't work

Subpackage READMEs: msgfmt:core | msgfmt:extract | msgfmt:ui | msgfmt:react

for example msgfmt:extract links to https://github.com/gadicc/meteor-messageformat/tree/v2/msgfmt:extract#readme 404
