[cube] remove multiple refresh worker configuration

Hi lvauvillier , What you mention the above diagram, our application is same.. what cube-api pods is getting error like { "error": "Continue wait", "requestId": "00-000000000000000056430cbeca9546c9-7347bc60b75a3386-01" }

can you please solve this issues, and provide proper documentation and solution
