fix(docs): grammar and obsolete link usage

After making the PR, I noticed the only open issue in this repo, but I still gave it a shot because it was good content with a few errors I caught.

There may be some basic edits in this PR, but they were unpleasant once I read the posts—especially the broken link for the Vite CONTRIBUTION.md path.
