Add Subscribe Feature

Issue Description:

Requesting a "Subscribe" feature to keep users notified about new posts, enhancing engagement.

Expected Behavior:

Users can subscribe using their email for notifications on new blog entries.

Benefits:

1. Improved User Engagement
2. Higher User Retention
3. Community Building
