Not an easy thing to google

As the format is pretty similar to the one used by chmod and the full bindfs documentation was already linked just a dozen line after in the README I though it would be enough but anyone who had some bad time looking for something is a proof that documentation can always been enhanced.

it took me a while to realise that the permissions format was that of bindfs (I know how to use the usual 600 etc, but I'd never seen D or X before).

reading that specification still left me pretty confused, but I don't think I'll be rewriting those docs!
