I have added fresh server.R and ui.R and started to work on the GUI. To do so, I'm building functions that in tern generate all widgets according to the canevas given by Raphaël (I've started to work on a subset called panel_structure.csv). I think building the GUI with this strategy could do the job in a clean way.
