RRP Action Items: • Events tab - List of Document (Event) Types and the associated Actions Taken • Score and Substance tabs – verify list of the CASNO data • RRP to provide a matrix of Actions Taken versus the Dates that must be populated. Example: Pending must have a Due Date. • Status tab - Primary Funding Source • Status tab - Options List • Status – Source Status options for dropdown • Status Information – Additional checkboxes needed? • Status – Comment field needed? • Status tab - provide verbiage to use for the new Checkbox related to “in stream water quality” • Provide a list of Contact Types • Add the “Review Checklist Completed - Date” data in the “Abandoned and Inactive Status Tracker” to the HSRP db • Data cleansing of the “Cost Estimate Date” in the “Abandoned and Inactive Status Tracker” prior to data migration • Enter PAF Tracker data in the HSRP db • Identify files that will need to be linked • Complete the review of the BRD: HSRP Access DB_BRD_V2.docx
