Search Air Permit Feature not working properly #323

The search engine feature is not working properly. It is not able to search permit by SIC Codes and permit numbers

Mahesh Rathi Please look into this. I put this in the GECO JIRA project because there is no specific project for the permit search engine. Thanks.

From Manny:
When you search by SIC Code , it is not working correctly it displays several pages with highlighted SIC codes rather than the permits with specific SIC codes, Same issue with permit number search.
