• Subscribe to the WindowsFormsApplicationBase.NetworkAvailabilityChanged Event
• On startup check NetworkInterface.GetAllNetworkInterfaces Method (System.Net.NetworkInformation) for "Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter".
• Subscribe to NetworkChange Class (System.Net.NetworkInformation)
• Use Ping Class (System.Net.NetworkInformation) to check DB accessibility
