Emission Statement for 2017

We have Emissions Statement online application under GECO, and ES deadline is still June 15, 2018 and we need get ES online website ready and enroll all ES facilities for 2017.

There is no ES year of 2017 in IAIP, please see attachment as follows (see attachment section):

Tom Karasch - For now, just make the change in the ES application. If you have time to look and analyze GECO to determine if this change is needed, then do so. However, this change in the ES application needs to be updated as soon as possible. Thanks

After carefully following the code logic, it looks as if this is a NON-issue.
In the Screenshot above, the year 2017 does not show in the drop-down list because the Mailout List for 2017 has not yet been enrolled. The years shown in the "Select a Year" drop-down list come directly from Mailout Lists for the Years where the Mailout list has been Enrolled. In this case, the Mailout List for 2017 has not been enrolled yet.

To correct this problem, Select 2017 from the drop-down list labeled "Mailout Enrollment Year" in the attached screenshot, then click the button below it labeled "Enroll Mailout List".

When this is done the mailout list will update the enrolled list, and "Select A Year" Drop-down will then have "2017" in the list.
It is not obvious to the user that this will occur, so some instruction, or additional Help Files for this may be helpful.
