If I understood the datasheet of the sensor correctly it should have 0.6V on 0A 
and 0.6+100*0.04V=4,6V @100A.

So I think the code should be 
#define SENSOR_CURRENT_MIN_VOLTAGE 0.6
#define SENSOR_CURRENT_MAX_VOLTAGE 4.60
#define SENSOR_CURRENT_MAX_AMPS 100
