400 Error #1

This gem started to return the HTTP 400 error on every request.

That's not good. The gem was making POST requests to the USPS servers but it looks like it's only accepting GET requests now.

Thanks for the bug report, I'll release 0.1.1 here soon.

Release is out there, please give it a try and let me know if it's still busted.

Since I haven't heard anything I'll assume it's been fixed in 0.1.2
