We should have a single spot where you can configure these items:

Match video label name as you want it to appear in video titles
- Directory to look for videos with this label on disk should always be $videosDirectory/$lowercasedLabel
YouTube playlist ID for this label
- We should store the last time this was changed so we can warn about making sure it's updated each week
