Add cancelled status for jobs

Feedback

When an upload is cancelled it shows in the queue as a red exclamation point and then says Failed | Cancelled by user. This makes it hard to distinguish between that and an actual failure. Additionally, it stays at the top of the queue after additional matches are uploaded even if that match has been re-uploaded.

• Canceling a job should set it to Cancelled status, not Failed
• Update the DB and frontend accordingly
  • Graphile doesn't have a cancelled status, so to Graphile the job would still be failed
