Allow dismissing upload failures #120

Bug description

When an upload fails (API quota for example), the failure stays at the top of the worker queue and does not clear or move down the list. Pending uploads will appear above it, but once they upload, they are moved below the failure. Even if the upload for the failed match is retried, it does not clear.

This is currently functioning as designed, but I can see how it'd get annoying/confusing eventually. I'll change this over to feedback for future consideration

Potentially having an option to dismiss or acknowledge the failure and move it down the lost. Or if the video in question is successfully uploaded to then move it out of the top position.
