Better event representation #124

Add a DB table to store event info and:

Split storage of TBA vs. FRC Events event codes
Store the active event in the DB
Store event-specific settings by event
Create a wizard in the UI to configure required settings for a new event
Allow importing event info from TBA or FRC Events
Add a drop-down in the navbar of the client to show/switch the current event

This will be easier to implement once all settings are stored in the DB (#145)
