Automatically fetch event info from The Blue Alliance #22

Automatically grab an event's name and other info we need that is available on The Blue Alliance by just prompting for the event's TBA code, or by showing a list of events happening now/soon

Optional:

Store the district location to further filter event list
Offseason and events not on TBA should still be supported
