Added model for starry night based on new code for chainer-neuralstyle #12

Details are already inputted but for trivia and research purposes:

1080GTX with 367.44 drivers, CUDA 8.0RC and CUDnn 5.1

100 batches takes approx. one minute. Two epochs took almost exactly 24 hours. 99% load on the card the entire time (no playing games while you wait!) and about 4.26GB VRAM taken up at any period during training.

I will be making 9 more models over time.
