[RFC] Add LICENSE file #18

Hello @gafr!

First of all, I have to say, awesome work with your trained models—I love them!

I am opening this issue because I am working on a project at my startup, and our compliance team does not allow the use of this code in production without a specified license. My question is: would you accept a pull request adding an MIT License or a similar one that would allow me to use it?
