gfile.to_omas and equilibrium codes populate:

ods['equilibrium']['time_slice'][0]['profiles_1d']['centroid']

with the following 1d arrays:

r 
r_max
r_min
z

This is however not implemented in the IMAS datastrucute (also not in https://gafusion.github.io/omas/schema/schema_equilibrium.html).
