Raise some sort of warning or (optional) error when trying to mix data from different shots/devices into one ODS #158

The ODS has one central place to record device and shot (or machine and pulse). If data from one of the mapper functions, which are becoming easier to just launch, loads mismatched data, it will lead to confusion.
