Conda package for MMsplice #52

It would be nice to have MMsplice as a single Conda package. I have attempted to make such integration some days ago. Unfortunately I couldn't resolve all the issues with bioconda's CI test. Even though the wrapper was successfully built and tested locally. If this could be something you would consider, the PR for MMsplice wrapper on bioconda can be found here: https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/30160

In this particular case, does integrate into conda simplifies the installation because of the cyvcf2 dependencies?
