Pipeline runs as expected, but results folder is blank? #512

Hi! I'm using the aberrant splicing module to run an analysis. Everything works fine and the log shows the pipeline exited successfully, but my results folder is blank. I checked that it was correctly specified in the config.

What could be potential reasons for this/things to check?

Resolved myself - no help needed. Issue was specific to runtime environment, not drop-related. Thank you!
