[HereMaps] has no icon #54

Not sure what's the "proper build config" mentioned in this bug.

If we couldn't find it we need to implement @gasolin's patch there.

No. but I thought this is a bug only on master.

I can verified if PRODUCTION=1 is set, which implies B2G_SYSTEM_APPS=1 is set on the actual device. So this is a B2G/Desktop or non-production only mode bug, a WONTFIX here then.

(but feel free to fix it on master!)
