No dict_SL_ruwe.pkl for BinarySystemsSelectionFunction #50

Attempting to use BinarySystemsSelectionFunction but there is no dict_SL_ruwe.pkl file in data.

Checked on Zenodo and it does not appear to be there.

Any chance the file can be uploaded? Interested in using the RUWE threshold from https://arxiv.org/pdf/2404.14127

The missing data file is now added to Zenodo and the BinarySystemsSelectionFunction class is updated.
