Mandatory dependencies #5

Hi, just wanted to know why so many dependencies are required, for example:

  1. why Orion is a mandatory dependency while it can be disabled via settings?
  2. why extended info is also required? (FYI all current versions are not in active development)

It appears as if this project has been abandoned and is being allowed to die as kodi progresses into v19.
