Allow slideshow widgets to be created #223

The system used to allow creation of slideshow widgets.  This behavior should 
be re-instated.

Added a new menu item under the Admin menu called Embedded Widgets.
Added a landing page for the Embedded Widgets menu item.
Added sub menu items for Manage Galleries and Build Widget.

Modified the access control for the pages and changed the image resizing from 
type BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_ARGB to BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_RGB to fix image 
resizing error.
