Clear moderation comment once it has been saved as a comment #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project with moderation comments.
2. Create a record in the project.
3. Edit the record as a moderator and save some moderation comments.
4. Edit the record again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The moderation comment is still in the moderation comment field and also on the 
comments section of the record.  In order to enter a new comment, you must 
clear the field and type.  If you do not clear the field, another comment with 
the same value is added to the record.
