Add ability for geocoder displayed with most maps to handle a lat and lon coordinate. #281

Currently the map geocoder will only handle the name of a location. Once this 
is entered the map will pan/zoom to the entered point. It is tricky to zoom the 
map to a known coordinate.

This ticket is for an enhancement to add the ability to enter a coordinate in 
the geocoder field and to zoom to that coordinate location.
